Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ecosupplies.co.uk. If your return is accepted at our disrection, we’ll arrange collection and cover the costs if the liability falls upon ourselves from the reasoning listed below. If for any reason the liability falls upon you following the guidelines below, we will either arrange a collection for the cost of £8 per box, which will be deducted from the final refund, or alternatively if you'd like to send the parcel back yourself we can send instructions on how and where to send your package/s. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example items that have been used or tampered with, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Liability
Following on from the previous points, there are a few reasons in which Eco Supplies are prepared to cover the costs of collection, for example if the product was different from what was stipulated, if the product was damaged in transit or prior to arriving with you.
If however the reason is not listed above, then the cost will as stated be £8 per box which will be deducted from the final refund; or alternatively, we can provide the information for you to return the packaging yourself before issuing a refund. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
