We provide 1-2 working day delivery on all orders as standard when placed before 2pm. For example, if an order is placed on Monday before 2pm, it would be delivered by Wednesday latest.

All orders over £75.00 exclusive of VAT, qualify for free 1-2 working day delivery. Orders under £75.00 (ex VAT) will be subject to a £5.79 (ex VAT) shipping charge.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification from our courier APC, to let you know when the delivery is scheduled, along with a 2-hour window on the morning of the delivery. 

If you haven’t received any correspondence, please check your junk files and your contact details displayed on your invoice.

We can offer Saturday delivery; however, it is a premium service and carries a charge of £12.49 (ex VAT).

To order a sample, first click on the product you’d like to order a sample of, then click ‘Get a Sample’ (yellow box), the sample will now be added to the cart. Simply proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.

We provide samples free of charge, so you can try a product before you commit to buying it. We only charge a delivery fee of £5.79 (ex VAT). 

When you add a product to your basket that is available with a lid, a pop-up will appear with a list of the compatible lids. Simply adjust the quantity to the desired amount with the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons and click ‘add’, then continue.
