We provide 1-2 working day delivery on all orders as standard when placed before 2pm. For example, if an order is placed on Monday before 1pm, it would be delivered by Wednesday latest.

All orders over £99.00 ex VAT, qualify for free 1-2 working day delivery. Orders under £99.00 (ex VAT) will be subject to a £4.99 (ex VAT) shipping charge.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification from our courier, to let you know when the delivery is scheduled, along with a 2-hour window on the morning of the delivery. 

If you haven’t received any correspondence, please check your junk files and your contact details displayed on your invoice.

We can offer Saturday delivery; however, it is a premium service and carries a charge of £12.99 (ex VAT).

When you complete your order, we'll automatically send you a PDF copy of your VAT invoice to the provided email address.

To order a sample, first click on the product you’d like to order a sample of, then click ‘Order a sample'. The sample will now be added to the cart. Simply proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.

We provide samples free of charge, so you can try a product before you commit to buying it. We only charge a delivery fee of £4.99 (ex VAT).
